Eggless Cake


Ingridents- 
Maida- 1 n 1/2 cup
Thick curd - 1 cup
Sugar- 3/4 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
Oil- 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp

Method -

Mix sugar and curd , add baking powder + baking soda and mix well. 
Leave for 5 min. till bubbles come.
Add oil + venilla essence  and mix well ,Now add maida. Mix it very well 
Grease it with oil and sprinkle some Maida over it .
Now take a cake pot and pour into this and bake it for half hour.
And after that icing it with cream. Now Ur yummy cake is ready to eat.
