Homemade Chocolate  Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup milk or water

3/2 tsp cornflour

2 tsp sugar

3/2 tsp cocoa

1/2 tsp unsalted butter

Ice cream to serve

1. Mix all the above ingredients except ice cream.
2. Cook on slow fire till the sauce coats the back of the spoon.
3. Continue cooking till the desired consistency is reached.
4. Serve, poured over vanilla or chocolate ice cream.
