Kulfi - Illaichi Pista

Ingridents

1 kg -(5cups) full cream milk
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tsp cornflour 
75 gms fresh khoya- grated & mashed slightly
1 tsp each of pista & almonds - very finely cut
3-4 crushed chhuti Illaichi (green cardamom)

  1. Dissolve cornflour in 1 cup milk and keep aside. Boil the rest of milk in a karahi till it in reduced to half in quantity. For about 20 minutes on medium fire.
  2. Add sugar and cornflour. Cook for 2-3 minutes more, till the sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from fire. Cool slightly. Add k hoya, almonds, pista and crushed Illaichi. 
  4. Fill the mixture in kulfi moulds. Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight.
